Border Update | Domestic Queensland Re-Opening Update

The QLD Government have announced an easing of restrictions from the 19th of November for those travelling from a declared hot spot.


  • Are fully vaccinated

  • arrive by air only

  • have a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Queensland

  • undertake 14 days home quarantine subject to conditions set by QLD Health

  • QLD Entry Pass required (waiting on information from QLD Government if a new application needs to be submitted for those currently in a hot spot)

Arriving for all other areas of Australia (areas not declared a hot spot)

  • No restrictions on entry to QLD

  • No quarantine required

  • QLD Entry Pass required

The international policy remains in place, those arriving from an international flight will be required to go into 14 days hotel quarantine.


For customers who are travelling via Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra to QLD the International Policy applies.
